Located in the heart of the Venetian hinterland, since 2004 the "Antica Pasticceria dei Dogi" has been producing frozen confectionery: from top quality tarts to cakes and from semifreddos ready to slice to single portions. Founded as a handmade confectioner's, it immediately attracted the attention of the national market due to the quality and aesthetic care that goes into the sweets it produces on a daily basis: aspects that are the distinctive trait of the company that is growing despite its handmade vocation holding strong.
We mix tradition and passion in our mixtures
Every day, in our kitchen, we create many sweets with utmost care. While we are making our tarts, cakes and semifreddos, we think about our consumers and the pleasure we would like them to get from tasting each product.
The desire to remain handmade confectioners comes from this and allows us to protect the quality even before adding a personal touch to each sweet.
Starting from the name of our confectioner's, we have chosen to identify ourselves with the local area under the aegis of Venice and its illustrious tradition.
A team of skills aiming for the top
The soul of the Antica Pasticceria dei Dogi are its three founding partners who, in 2004, gave life to the company combining their over twenty years' experience in the food industry with the business vocation that distinguishes them.
Each in charge of a different operational area, Anselmo, Massimo and Mario manage the Antica Pasticceria dei Dogi team which, every day, makes and distributes its frozen sweets to a chain of wholesalers and distributors which even goes beyond the Italian borders. Open to new challenges, they are inspired by the quality and prestige of Italian products.
