Spone and sponge fingers filled with mascarpone chantilly cream covered with strawberries and strawberries jelly.

Store the dessert at -18°C. It reaches the ideal condition for eating when it is defrosted at room temperature for 2/3 hours or at +4°C for 10/12 hours. The frozen product can be stored for 3 days at +4°C. After defrosting do not refreeze.
