Meringata semifreddo

Chantilly cream between crunchy mixture and two layers of meringue, all covered in icing sugar.

The semifreddo must be stored and eaten at a temperature of no less than -18°C by the date indicated on the packet. The product must not be defrosted. It is always ready to eat.
